How we protect your data
BYBUN uses WooCommerce plugin for e-commerce transactions. WooCommerce plugin allows customers to pay for orders via one of the payment gateways we’ve set up and enabled on our site. An automatic payment gateway is an application that securely requests information from customers and relays it to a third-party payment processing service, e.g., Stripe or PayPal. WooCommerce site does not retain your credit card information. your credit card number and security code are never stored on our website. The payment gateway gives this sensitive information directly to the payment processor.
Hosting services we use for BYBUN website include free Let’s Encrypt Standard and Wildcard SSL certificates.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We use an endpoint firewall which identifies and blocks malicious traffic. It protects the website at the endpoint, enabling deep integration with WordPress. It does not break encryption, cannot be bypassed and cannot leak data. Integrated malware scanner blocks requests that include malicious code or content. Protection from brute force attacks by limiting login attempts.
